Onboarding
Contact Bella & Co to arrange a Meet & Greet. Discounts available for block bookings and second dogs from the same family.
If you join Bella & Co, onboarding starts with a mandatory meet & greet. It’s a friendly visit where we get to know your dog, understand their routine, behaviour and health needs, and answer any questions you may have. We’ll take your dog for a short walk and introduce them to our van to ensure they’re comfortable travelling in our crash‑tested crates. Dog‑walking clients also receive a complimentary 30‑minute walk so we can see how your dog responds to us outside the home. If we feel we’re not the right fit, we’ll always be honest — your dog’s wellbeing comes first. Once registered, you’ll receive access to our client app, where you can manage bookings, payments, your pet’s profile and messages.
Daily Ramble
A high‑energy woodland adventure through the beautiful woods and forests of North Cardiff. This 60‑minute small‑group walk is ideal for well‑socialised, fit dogs with plenty of energy and reliable recall. On hot days, we switch to a cooler spot and visit a shallow stretch of the River Taff for a safe splash, dogs are never encouraged to go out of their depth. Group size is limited to four to ensure safety, control and a brilliant time for everyone.
We run two Rambles each day, mid‑morning and mid‑afternoon, giving energetic dogs the perfect outlet at the right time of day.

Gentle Constitutional
A calm, small‑pack walk designed for quieter or older dogs who enjoy the company of like‑minded companions. With no more than four dogs, we take a relaxed amble through North Cardiff’s local parks and the Glamorganshire Canal, perfect for those who prefer a slower, steadier pace.
This gentle walk usually runs between 9:00 and 10:30, giving dogs a calm, consistent start to their day.

Home Check-In
A welfare visit for our dogs of any age who don’t feel up for a walk but still benefit from company, reassurance, and routine. Whether they’re older, recovering, or simply happier at home, pets shouldn’t be left alone for long periods. Even the most settled companions need comfort, lunch/dinner, a toilet break, and a friendly face. The Home Check‑In offers exactly that: calm companionship, essential welfare checks, and complete peace of mind while you’re out.
Home check-ins are carried out in-between scheduled walks up to 5pm.

Adventure Walk

Give your dog an unforgettable weekend escape! Each adventure walk is a carefully planned Tide Walk (beach exploration) or Mountain Expedition, chosen according to weather, season, and safety conditions. These premium adventures run only on Saturdays or Sundays (on request) and last around four hours, including safe transport and guided exploration. They’re generally scheduled between 10am and 2pm, giving dogs the perfect late‑morning adventure window.
Every session is supervised to ensure your furry friend has a safe and enjoyable time which is designed to enrich, excite, and build confidence. We prioritise their well-being while they explore the great outdoors.

Transportation
If transport is needed, your precious pet will travel in our fully insured, air‑conditioned van — safe, comfortable, and designed for their wellbeing.

We're excited to let you know that we have a dog wash kit in the van! After our walks, we’ll do our best to return your furry friends as clean and fresh as possible.
